THE 2025 TELLURIDE WAS IN FOR WARRANTY. RECAL ETC, GREAT SERVICE. INTERESTING HOW THE 2019 SORENTO NEVER HAD A NEED OF A SERVICE RECAL NOT ANY REPAIRS. EXCEPT SOFT WARE UPDATE. AND THE 2025 TELLURIDE ALREADY HAS RECALS AND ENGINE LIGHT, IT SHOWS HOW THE KIA FACTORY AND HYUNDAI ARE OFF THE MARK.FORTUNATELY I HAVE A GREAT DEALER.
He wasn't honest about the vehicle He wasn't quite honest about the vehicle. He told me the vehicle had four brand new tires. The tires was dry rotted. He told me the brakes was changed on the vehicle. The brakes are scrubbing on the front of the vehicle.

Most of the paperwork was taken care of via email beforehand, so the pickup process was smooth and hassle free. I came in, signed the papers, and drove away. It was a hot day, but everyone was friendly and worked hard.
Amber was great. Really enjoyed working with her. FYI, Lou Sobh didn’t provide the complementary car wash, but still left a sticker in my car saying this car was cleaned courtesy of Lou Sobh, not sure what that was about. 3rd time that’s happened, just FYI your guys aren’t cleaning the cars

Would give it a 5 but had to ask at checkout for any coupons. Service writer did take off $10. Get home and following day I get a coupon in the mail that will be expired by the time I need to change the oil. Could be more customer friendly for sure.
My salesman and finance manager were great, five stars My only complaint: After leaving the dealership, I drove on the highway with our used 2022 Honda Pilot and it shakes when braking. The dealership note said it had the rotors done. I will be fixing them myself as I am a former break mechanic with Bridgestone. The note indicated new ones or cut to flat. They were either not changed with new ones or improperly cut on a brake lathe. Very shaky braking at speed. Had to drive faster than the test drive route to notice. I recommend making sure rotors ... Great service! Had an emergency flat two traffic lights away and they got me in quickly. Fixed my flat and got me back on the road within an hour even without an appointment!

Giving 4 because after buying the car and driving highway speed I noticed shaking when braking. (Didn’t get up to speed enough to feel on the test drive)
The rotors are not good.
The Kia Lou Sobh used vehicle check list showed the rotors being cut flat on a lathe.
I'm a former Bridgestone brake mechanic so I'm going to order the rotors and fix this on my own, but I recommend having the shop crew properly trained on cutting rotors.

I always have a great experience at Lou Sobh Kia in Cummings,GA. The staff is courteous and treat each customer like their only customer.
Prompt, exceptional service is always the standard. I also love getting my car back clean.
Just bought a new KIA from Lou Sobh. Must say I was extremely impressed by Jason (sales rep), who was the reason I decided not to negotiate with the other dealerships and to close a great deal with him.
Recommendation w/reservations. Left blinker inop. Took it in once on 6/12, supposedly repaired. By Sunday 6/14 blinker was again inop. Took it back on 6/16, supposedly repaired, left service bay and blinker died again. Now it’s a headlight that needs replaced. Gone from $200 to $700+. Not very happy. Awaiting part to see if this is the problem.
My electric seat was having issues and they resolved the issue I was satisfied with my results

Check number of screws put back in place after oil change. Mine were not all put back resulting in damage to the underside of my car. With the dealership being an hour away from my house it was a major inconvenience to which I was offered no compensation. Poor customer service
