Eli was amazing and went above and beyond his duty to help me while stranded on the side of the road in the car I purchased that day. The transmission stopped working and engine would only rev with no power while driving uphill. I live in the mountains. While attempting to get back to the dealership, I called Eli after realizing I would not make it back. Eli drove out to me with a loaner car and drove my vehicle back to the dealership. I was with my two young daughters, and they were scared because of how the car was acting.

My experience with the dealership was excellent. The salesman, Chase, was amazing. Very personal and relatable, and we connected over having young kids. He listened carefully to my needs and never tried to push anything I wasn’t comfortable with. The finance manager, Craig, also worked hard to get me to a payment I could afford while still helping me include a warranty within my budget.

The dealership overall was very nice and clean! Most of the staff were friendly. My experience with Jeff was not good. He was very rude and aggressive in his negotiating tactics. I almost walked away from the deal but ultimately saw it through because they were the only dealership with the color combo. I presented competitive offers from other dealerships and he was not willing to negotiate even on the $2000k difference which was small in comparison to the $50k price tag on the vehicle. Furthermore I was adamant that I didn’t want the protection package as I know these extra fees ultimately benefit the financer/salesperson. He still kept it on my invoice indicating it zeroed out with the “discount” he was giving me on the car. I just feel it was very tacky and not in good professional ethics. I also I had my own financing and was on a time limit due to my bank about to close. Instead of expediting the process - time was wasted trying to push the dealerships financing on me when I said I was ok. It definitely tainted an experience that should have been exciting for me. I ultimately love my vehicle - affectionately named Kiki, but Jeff needs to work on his salesmanship! I left feeling robbed of $2k.
